Job Description Western Sign & Design is a locally owned, community-focused company specializing in high-quality sign fabrication and installation across Wyoming. We take pride in craftsmanship, customer service, and strong relationships across the region. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering quality installations. The ideal candidate has welding experience and a current low-voltage certification. You will help fabricate, assemble, and install a wide range of signage, including illuminated channel letters, EMCs, and custom builds. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair interior, exterior, illuminated, and non-illuminated signs Perform welding and fabrication tasks with certification Complete low-voltage electrical connections with certification Safely operate lifts, bucket trucks, and equipment Read and interpret drawings and spec sheets Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace Communicate professionally with team members and clients Assist with shop fabrication as needed Qualifications Experience in sign installation or related field preferred Certifications: Welding and Low Voltage preferred Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather Valid driver’s license with clean record Ability to lift 75+ lbs safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time, year-round work High-visibility projects across Wyoming Supportive, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities Details Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental, vision, PTO, end-of-year bonus Location: Mills, WY required Travel: Approximately 25 percent preferred Work Location: In person
